- Booking a time slot online sends us a request. Your appointment is confirmed once we accept it and you receive a confirmation.

- If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Payments
Where online payment is enabled, any deposit or fee is shown before you confirm. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Refunds are handled according to the information given at the time of booking.
